Child Have Wound In The Penis?

My two month old uncircumcised son went to doc yesterday for wellness checkup... Doc checked penis area and before I could stop him, he forcibly retracted about half of the glans (I know this to be an incorrect practice). Son didn't cry but seemed a little fussy. When I got home from doc, I realized baby now has a few small tears on the extra foreskin, and the end of the foreskin looks a little red. :( what can I do to help it heal? He fusses a lot now when he urinates. It's been 24 hours since that appointment.
