Child Have Puss Discharge On The Foreskin Of The Penis. No Medication Till Now. What Might It Have Been?
I have a four year old boy and yesterday as we were getting ready for bed I noticed a white puss pocket on the four skin of his penis so I squeezed it and he said it hurt but the puss bead came out whole and had a bit of a foul smell. What might it have been? i checked it tonight and it is irritated and red but not terribly painful for him.

It seems that your son might have urinary tract infection.
Go for urine report for infection and go for the treatment accordingly.
Another possibility of having collection of smegma under fore skin, if not cleaning properly.
Make a habit to clean the smegma by averting fore skin while taking bath.
