Hello friend,
A sudden development of vomiting in the morning need not make you panicky. Most probably the contents may be the undigested food particles with some mucus in it. If the frequency of the vomiting, if at all repeated, is getting less and less, there is nothing to be worried about. Vomiting may continue till the whole contents in the stomach is thrown out. If the undigested food particles have gone down the intestine, she may develop few loose stools also.
It is all the defence mechanism of the body. Whatever harmful has gone into the system has to be thrown out to protect the well being of the system.
There are many items of food that may turn harmful for the body. Children may eat several such things. The toxins developed inside the body can for time being affect the child. They may cause inflammatory changes in the GI tract producing vomiting, pain etc in the stomach and diarrhoea at a later period. It the toxicity is more, the vomiting and diarrhoea can come almost together. Fever is a natural response of the body to protect the constitution by throwing out the impurities through sweating, accompanied vomiting and diarrhoea, urine etc.

If the constitution is strong enough all these process will be confined within a reasonable time and the patient will automatically come back to normal.
But if the system is not strong enough to overcome the bad effects of the poisoning, then it needs assistance in the form of medicines that will enhance the resistance or immunity of the patient. As a Homoeopath I can very well suggest you to approach an expert Homoeopath at the earliest because, in Homoeopathy, we do not try to stop the vomiting or diarrhoea but give constitutional remedies to strengthen the constitution not only to overcome the present crisis but also to prevent further incidences of similar instances in future.
Hope you will take immediate help from a Homoeopath especially if her condition is deteriorating.
Bear in mind that even mental conditions also can produce this sort of indigestion in the stomach. An expert Homoeopath will probe into those areas while treating her.
With best wishes,
