Child Have Pain In The Leg And Lower Back
my son started with dirare 1 week ago sat and sun then pain in his r lower back on mon, went to er walk in mon night said he was full of poop gave meds to go poop anti b in case infect.and pain meds then tues call his ped ,he said no meds not sure of infect so we stopped everything wed went to er hosp. bad pain hurt to pee soid he was full of poop so i gave him prune and app juice mix he pooped a lot for 2 days still lots of pain hurt to pee sat went to er hosp again pain to bad ran urine and blood ultra sound and c scan with contrast everything came back perfect still pain spreading to the front now and down the r leg makes him cry to pee

It appears to be the viral diarrhea, or mixed diarrhea, or due to lack of the lactic acid bacilli.
I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.It also may be due to the intolarance to the lactose.(milk)
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, lactic acid bacilli, and dicyclomine hydrochloride. and loperamide when there is frequency.
For the pain in the leg, of fever paracetamol can be given.
