Child Have Fever And Was Given Calpol And Imol Syrup. But The Fever Reoccurs After 6 Hours. What To Do Now?

Hi,
My daughter (18 months - 10.7 Kgs) has been down with fever for the past 2 days we started with Calpol 1.5 ml every 4 hrs for the first 12 hrs and when the fever reached 101F then we shifted to Imol Syrup for kids 1 ml every 6hrs. The fever seems to subside in about 45 mins of administering Imol and she feels well for the next 5-6 hrs without any temperature. But at the 6th hr there is fever again and we are to give her Imol again. We have given her Imol already 5 times with 6 hr intervals. Should we be taking her to a hospital for a blood test suspecting dengue or should we continue with Imol or Calpol.?
Kindly advise.
