Hi,
A baby double his weight by 4-5 mths ,so your baby has a 500 gm deficit in the weight gain which can be sometimes taken as normal.Crying in night could be because of many reason like hunger, wet diaper or just emotional reason baby wants to be held, however stiffening of leg and neck doesnot sound good to me.
Did her docter get her blood Calcium studies done ?If not then kindly take her for reassessment for this stiffening movements. It is next to impossible to diagnose your baby as autistic at this stage ,so relax lets not jump to conclusions.Just go and discuss with her docter and maybe he might run some investigation to rule out other possibilties of stiffening.
Bye
