Child Has Smelly White Substance Under Teeth. Had Fever With Saliva Discharge. Cause And Cure?

Hi my 15 month old has had a 102.2 high fever off an on for 2 days with a lot of saliva discharge and screams and grunts for hours..I ve been giving her acetaminophen every 6 hours and she does well after but then gets worst towards the night time what s wrong and what do I do.? Also u noticed white substances under her 4 front tooth with a nasty smell..what is that and what can I do??

if the child is not feeding ok and lethargic consult a pediatrician immediately

the child is not in a position to swallow............swallow her own saliva .........so the problem of discharge

her throat needs to be examined at the earliest possible and if required a swab has to be taken for culture

may be she is lodging some infection there or may be oral candidiasis

difficult to comment without examination
