Child Has Small Dark Specs In Urine, Happens Every Other Day. Any Ideas?

I have found small dark specks in my almost three year old sons pee. Its only one and happens maybe every other day or so. I thought because his potty sits almost directly under a vent in the bathroom that it may possibly be from that or dirt from his pants. Im calling the pediatrician Monday but wondered if there were any ideas.

Hello,

I think it might be debris from his genitalia especially if he is not circumcised yet.

Should get a urine analysis done to rule out urinary tract infection too.

Keep his genitalia well clean. However, a pediatrician will help you more specifically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
