Child Has Red, Watery Eyes, Pain In Eyes, Fever, Stomach Pain, Distended Stomach

My 3 year old is complaining of eye pain. Her eyes are red and watery. She also has had a fever for over12 hours the highest was 102.7. She is also complaining of stomach pain. She has had about 4 stools today but they were formed. Her stomach is a little distended and she is only drinking fluids but has not eaten anything all day.

Pediatrician 's  Response
It seems to be case of Flu only. Give her round-the-clock paracetamol syrup for fever and pain. Give as much fluids as possible and she should take adequate rest.
If any red-colred rash or blue-colored spots appear on her body, do get her tested for Dengue fever. Good luck.
