Child has pus-filled bump on head and leg

my son is 2 years old and i droped him of at the baby sitters house yester day well when i went to pick him up she said that he may have got bitten by misquitos she had him palying out in they yard that night i didnt see any marks bites or bumbs till the next morning he had a very big puss filled bumb on his head 2 behind the ear 3 on his hand and 1 other big one on his leg filled with ouss

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
These are looking like pustules developed because of secondarily infected mosquito bite lesions.
If the lesions are big with pus filled they need deroofing of the lesions under sterile conditions for pus dicharge and topical antibiotic applications.
If they are small, they just need topical antibacterial cream application thrice daily for 5 days.
So consult your doctor for examination and drug advise.
