Child Has Pain In Lower Right Back. Hurts While Moving. No Fever. Suggestions?

My 13 yr old daughter is complaining of pain that is mostly in her lower right back (kidney region) and sometimes radiates to her lower right abdomen. She says it hurts every time she bends over or moves any direction. Started this afternoon out of the blue. No fever or vomiting, just pain. Does not hurt when she urinates. Any ideas?
