Child Has Low Hemoglobin, High Lymphocytes. Is Something Wrong?

Hi doctor. I'm in a desperate situation right now and I'm on verge of crying.
Well my daughter was born 3.1 kg and she is today 9 month and 23 days old. I took her for a regular checkup and doctors said that she seems a little pale so they ran a blood test.
Her HGB is low 9.8 but the doctor said since she is breast fed she will recover. I brought her blood report home and noticed something strange and now I'm getting extremely worried as her lymphocytes are high.
I am typing her blood report please tell me if something is wrong. I would highy appreciate it. She is now 8 kgs and very active.

Eosinophils 02%
Heamoglobin 9.8 G/dl
Lymphocytes 65%
Monocytes 06%
Neutrophils 27%
Platlet count 525----normal range 150-500 10^9/I
Total leucocyte count 8.0----normal range 3.5-12*10^9/I

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

There is nothing to worry except for the low hemoglobin. All the other parameters are within normal limits. Lymphocyte count in children is normally on the higher side and is absolutely normal.

I suggest that you discuss with your doctor and start some iron preparation for your daughter so that the hemoglobin builds up. Vitamins will also have to be supplemented.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter an early recovery.
