My 2 year old son, who has not been circumsized, complains of itching or hurting around his bottom area, I can t see anything there, except a couple of tiny red bumps right around his anus . He is waking up at night crying, and during the day he keeps pulling at his diaper. We do have a dog that he plays with all the time, and I m hoping he hasn t picked up anything from her. I haven t seen anything in his poop, but he hasn t gone poop yesterday, and not yet today either. He started complaining day before yesterday that I noticed.
