Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
Continue the medication as advised by your Pediatrician.
For fever, continue Tylenol in prescribed dosage every 6 th hourly depending on the presence of fever.
If there is high grade fever, you can do tepid sponging with lukewarm water.
Give plenty of oral fluids and soft diet to maintain her hydration and nutrition.
Basic evluation may be required like CBP, CUE, Throat sawb, and malarial parasite to know the focus of infection after consulting your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries in future you can consult me on Healthcare Magic.
