Child Has Fever, Cold Limbs. Raised Neutrophils. History Of UTI. Reason?

hi i am dr noman,my 5 yr old daughter having low grade fever since 3 month,fever usually exists 3 to 4 hrs per day,some time with cold limbs.initially had uti but its treated .urine c/s , d/r normal .malaria and typhi dot including ig G and M negetive .CBC normal except slightly raised Neutrophils . C-reactive proteins .02(normal range 0-5).
She is active and having normal weight. what could be the reason of low grade fever and is there any other investigation need it.

you should get her urine routine examination and culture report, give her plenty of water to drink .
take care of hygiene.give her antibiotics after consulting your doctor.
Do deworm her.
