Child Has Fever And Throat Infection. Prescribed Azithral. Cause?

hi doc,
my daughter is 3 years and 11 months wieghs 14kgs. last fifteen days twice she has got fever and the same throat infection.both the times doc prescribed azithral 200 suspension.again today she is having cold..doc told bacterial infection in nose and again suggested for azithral200. my query is why so frequently she gets this throat infection when i do take care of her diet and cleaniness to the maximum. she was a born in a weight of 1.7 kgs. she is nt gaining weight at all..whomever i askthey tell she is active..i dont understand y she is nt gaining weight and this throat infection fever.

Recurent throat infection with fever and throat pain running nose in a child may be due to poor immunity with poor oral hygiene. The dwelling places to be adequately ventilated.
The diet mustcontain. More protein vegetables. and fruits.
