Child Has Fever. Gave Crocin Twice Within An Hour. What Should We Do?

Hi, I have a 3 year 4 months old child. He has been having fever since yesterday. We have been giving him Crocin DS suspension 240/5mg since yesterday at 4 hours gap. Last night we had given this at 12 midnight. This morning we gave at 7AM. My wife was not aware about it again gave at 8. What can we do to prevent from anything untoward happening. Thanks, SM

Though he received an extra dose accidentally, he is not likely to experience any significant side effects because it would be under his total 24 hr dose.
You may have to consider skipping the next dose to avoid overstepping his total 24 hr dose but can use the one after that if he needs it.

If he remains febrile, you can use tepid sponging, allow him to wear cool clothes, avoid hot beverages and allow the use of cool/cold liquids, use a fan.
