Child Has Dizziness, Sweating, Fainting, Green Stools. Worried

When my nephew runs and plays he goes really dizzy , the colour drains from him he goes clammy then starts to be sick he then goes out cold til the next day , my sister s took him to the doctors and specialist and they have said he s allergic to dif thing then it turn out he ain't . They have mets with his food that much she had to put him on vitamins cus his nail fell off . We are really worried about him and we ain't getting know . His poo also goes green . Plus when he consentrates his had shakes

Thanks for your interest in HCM.Whenever the child runs and plays,he becomes dizzy then sweating and fainting,definitely he needs evaluation by a Pediatrician to rule out any cardiac problem and HRAD.Green stools may be because of intestinal hurry,but infection may be ruled out.
