Child Has Diarrhea, Headache, Nausea, Dizziness. History Of Salmonella. What To Do?

I have a nine year old girl who has been suffering with diarrea headaches nausea and dizziness for months on and off now. She has to take time off school constantly. When this first started in December 2012 she we found out she had salmonella . We were told that would just go away on its own. She has had tests recently which all came back clear including coeliac disease . Not sure what to do next

Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for your query.
You need to take her into confidence and explore the possibility of bullying /abuse/ hidden stress.
In view of normal investigations & esp if she is not losing any weight , organic disease is very unlikely.
Take help of school teacher , child psychologist and particularly any one with whom she is most comfortable & open.
Hope this helps you.
