Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.

Feet being cold to touch is not a good sign. Does he have any fever? Is he feeding normally?
Is there any breathing difficulty?
The condition you described can occur in various scenarios. Were any investigations done?

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
