Child has cough, cold, fever. Pins and needles in arms and legs. Should I wait?

My 4 year old son has had a cold with bad cough for the last week, last night he woke with a 101 fever , bad coughing. This morning fever is down however he s trembling and saying he s cold but his temp is normal. He s also had pins and needles twice in the last hour, once in his arm , once in his legs. Should I be taking him to be evaluated or waiting it out? Thx

Your child is having upper respiratory tract infection. As there is fever and bad cough better you consult your doctor for the examination of your child and his respiratory system including throat and lungs and appropriate medication.
