Child Has Bronchial Asthma. Taking Livolin, Montek, Ayurvedic Medicine. Safe To Take Livolin Daily?
Hi, My sone is 10 yrs old and had a brochial asthma since last 3 years or more, he is daily taking livolin (once in a day) and montek LC tablet , taking ayurvedic medication for long term.....i want to know is it safe to take livolin daily? and does it mean that there is some problem which is still not addressed?
Another ques is that if his problem worsens,should be increase the dose/frequency of livolin or should we use budecort or any other steroids? thank you..

In bronchial asthma we give what are called preventor medications and bronchodialtors which are called relievers.
Preventors like budesonide or other inhaled steroids prevent further attacks of bronchial asthma.
relievers like levosalbutamol are used to treat a acute episode of bronchial asthma.
