Child Has A Fluid Filled Boil Inside The Lower Butt Cheek, Gets Relief With Pinching, Has Low Grade Fever When It Turns Sore. Treatment Required?

my 12 yr old son has a large boil/zit/ cyst thing on the inside of his lower right butt cheek. right where he is sitting on it. it has filled up 3 times in last 8 months. he pinches it and gets such great relief we have never taken him to dr. he has gotten a low grade temp and felt icky all over with no specific symptoms each time it starts getting sore. is this something that should be looked at?

helllo, went thru ur query in detail, the thing according to ur description may be a simple folliculitis or a boil.it can be avoided by recurring frequently by keeping the area clean. taking a dermatology opinion will sort out most of ur doubts.
