Hi
As bleeding is a little bit nothing to worry and if it is still bleeding you can press that bleeding side of nostril and hold it for some time till bleeding stops and consult ENT Surgeon for the examinatiom of nasal airways and x ray of nasal bone if necessary to rule out the fracture of nasal bones.
I find this answer helpful
