Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
For fever and pain you can continue paracetamol in prescribed dosage every 6th or 8 th hourly depending on the symptoms.
Watch for vomitings, irritability and fussiness, abnormal behavior or movements, decreased limb movements, or any bleeding from nose or ears.
Consult emergency if you find any abnormal symptoms or signs.
And if there is no any abnormality, consult your Pediatrician for the examination of your child and his neurological status and to look for the causes of fever and its treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
