Child Had Hair Line Fracture In Shoulder. Medicine For Quick Relief?

Hi Doctor, accidentally my 1year baby falldown from the bed on hard floor,as we identified there is a fracture on his right hand we taken him to hospital and according to X-ray report,there is a hair line fracture to right hand shoulder . which medicine is good to use for him to get quick releif,please tell me combiflam suspension is recommandable for pain releif or not for this type of fracture?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. If your child got fracture, first thing is immobilization of affected part. You can give him combiflam suspension for pain relief and to reduce inflammation.
