Hello

In chicken pox itching is common during resolving phase of skin lesion.
Apply calamine lotion over the lesions to decrease the itching. Also give cetrizine tablet once a day at bed time for 5 days.

Bath the baby with normal water and don't rub while toweling off the body. Cut the nails and maintain hygiene as unhygienic scratch can lead to secondary infection.

If it is confirmed chickenpox, it doesn't recur.

From your description, it seems either she has got allergic rash

Is there any pus in any of these lesions? Is she running fever?

Intake of food can be low for few days following recovery. It is important to make sure she gets enough liquids every day and passing good amount of urine.

I would try: Syr Alerid (cetirizine - anti-allergic) medicine. Give 5 ml to see the response. or Better tablets of the same medicine - 1 tab at bedtime. Use Calamine lotion for soothing effect.

I would advise to see a doctor as well.

Regards
