ENT Specialist 's  Response
Pink tissue coming out of ears can be edematous middle ear mucosa.
You must start him with antibiotics and put ear drops with antibiotics and steroids .
Do not allow water to enter his ears .This occurs if there is perforation in ear drum and ear infection which causes the infected mucosa to get edematous and come out.
Consult an ENT specialist get ears checked and take treatment.
