Hi,

Thank you for your query.

If the dog that has bitten your daughter is a pet one and has received the rabies shots then there is no need for your daughter to receive the rabies shots every time she is bitten. If it is a wild dog which cannot be watched then the shots are mandatory.

The rabies vaccine does not have any deleterous side effects.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Regards,

RKK
