Child Gets Up Early In Morning. Household Gets Disturbed. Goes To Bed Early At Night. Her Body Clock Incredibly Strong. Advice?

hi. My daughter will be 3years old in September. The problem is she wakes up every day at 5:15am which is the time i wake weekdays for work. I try to be super quiet when leaving for work but she always wakes up. This is obviously not good for the parents at the weekends or for my wife weekdays - we have a 5year old who often gets woken up by her too. She eats well, bathed and in bed by 7-7:30 every night, no other health issues. We keep her bedroom door shut but her body clock is incredibly strong. Any help or advice appreciated.

Hi sir,
I am really concerned about your child waking up early. Usually toddlers need sleep of 10-12 hours. After waking up, if they are active, playful without any irritability, it means they have slept adequately.
One important aspect that can be modified is your child's habit of going to bed early. If she is going to sleep by 7, you cannot expect her to wake up by 7 or 8 in the morning. Instead try to put her to sleep by 8-8:30, she might wake up later.
But sometimes they are so much exhausted that its difficult to postpone their sleeping time. One solution is prolonging their afternoon nap time.
Also have you kept the room dark, protecting from sunlight of morning sunrise.
Sometimes whatever efforts we make, it doesn't work. Going early to bed along with the kid and waking up early along with her might be an acceptable option in such cases.

Don't worry. Its part and parcel of growing kids. Take care.
