There is no redness, or swelling. Most likely she might have had a contusion in her abdominal wall that is causing the pain which will take its own time and slowly will go away. And you can give her some acetaminophen or tylenol to control the pain. But if her pain is unbearable, she is pale looking, she has pain with eating, or has vomiting or her stomach area seems really tense, then you should not wait and take her to the pediatrician to have her examined.
