Child feels like lying down in bed, irritated to do work, cannot study continuously. Suggest exercises

i am a 16 year old boy...i feel like lying down on bed all day... i get irritated when anyone gives me some work to do...i get up early in the morning but again sleep off...i cannot study continuously for a long time earlier i used to meditate but now i cannot concentrate while meditating also...please suggest me some exercises or eating habits to solve this problem..

At first we should rule out some medical problems that could cause such lethargy and lack of interest in work.
Common things like anemia can be ruled out by physical examination. The palms and sole will be pale. After a examination by your doctor thyroid profile may be required to rule out hypothyroidism as the other cause.

If no physical abnormality is identified then you may require counselling and motivation from a psychiatrist to improve your performance
