Hi.. My son is 8 months old. I We are vegeterian.One of ingradiets in diet plan is ground nut powder mixed with milk. (diet plan is given by my pediatrician ) But on net i read abt allergies caused by penuts. so is it okay to give penuts in this form and how much quantity? I am little cofused between penuts and groundnuts. are they same?
