Child Diagnosed With Penis Infection. Prescribed Medication. Suffering From Nose Bleeds, Bad Cough. Cure?

Hi my 4 year old son has been diagnosed with a common infection to his penis where he has been giving co-amoxiclav and clotrimazole ,along with ibuprofen and paracetamol when needed, to beat the infection but I ve noticed he is suffering alot from nose bleeds out the right nostrel and a really bad cough. He can have upto 5nose bleeds an hr. Don t get me wrong they aren t heavy or anything just like a Childs nose running. Can you help please

Thanks for your query,
Recurrent nose bleeds are due to infection/nose picking/trauma/bleeding disorder.
Since he is having upper respiratory symptoms,there will be dryness of nasal mucosa.
Apply cold compresses over nose in case of bleeding.
Apply firm pressure over nose for 5 minutes.
Put liquid paraffin drops in both nostrils .
Give plenty of fluids.

If symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.
