Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Is your child is having oral lesions also in addition to hand and foot leisons? It is a viral and spread by contact with infected person. So for itching you can give oral antihistamines and calamine external applications and consult your Pediatrician for the examination of rash pattern and the exact diagnosis.
I find this answer helpful
