Child Behaving Extremely Fussy, Crying After A Fall On The Back, No Vomiting, Normal X-ray. Any Other Signs To Look For?

My granddaughter and I took a tumble today. She fell on marble floor. She didn t hit her head, but landed on her back. Had xrays, everything ok but she is very, very fussy. Doctor said she was okay but tonight she is crying a lot. Cried immediately when we fell, eyes weren t dilated, No vomiting . Do we need to stay up and watch her all night? Any other signs to look for?
