Hello Dr. my baby is 1year 6months old and she is suffering from running nose and at night she is unable to breath... so keeps on crying.. she has no fever. as i would be travelling to Goa in next 2-3days.. for a vacation...please help me with sme good medicine. what i am giving her is : maxtra n otrinoz nasal drops...

Otrinoz nasal drops is good to prevent nasal block
also take levocetzine child formulated syrup along wit antibiotics for 3 days.
Clean face with mild hot water and avoid scented soap and powder.
Protect from cold in your journey.
