hello and welcome to HCM forum dilusreni,
I am glad you wrote in , first of all, i would like to inform you that chicken pox scars usually fade away on its own, but only the ones which get infected leave a scars
but ,as you mentioned your scars are atleast 45 days old , therefore i will recommend you a few home remedies for you to follow, vitamin K & E are very important for maintaining a smooth skin texture and lightening scars,
1.Consume more of vit.K rich foods(dairy products, cabbage,broccoli, tomato,spinach,etc.),
2.Apply Vit.E oil over the scars (twice/day),
3. drink atleast 10 glasses of water daily,
4. Honey + lemon application will lighten the scars,
5. coconut oil/ sandalwood oil or even lavander oil application will help.
these are a few measures for you to follow, i hope i answered your query,
i wish you good health,
take care.
