Chicken pox marks on hands and back. How can I get rid of them?

Hello Sir, I am Lagna.I am a 25 yrs old.I had suffered from chicken pox two yrs back i.e in june 2010.The marks on my face have faded completely on their own but the marks on my hands and back are really dark esp the ones on my back.I am getting married in 5 months from now.How do i get rid of them?please suggest.I will be very very grateful....
