Chestpains, Breathing Trouble. Blood Test, X-rays Normal. Reason For Symptoms?

im having chest pains and having trouble breathing . its difficult to take deep breathes staanding up, and when i bend over, sit down, or lay down, its even harder to breathe and is more painful. i went to the emerg last night and they took blood and did xrays, but said ill be fine and prescribed T3 for pain which i dont understand. what is wrong with my lungs and why am i having this problem?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Any history of chest pain better to get ECG for cardiac pain.
Your pain could be due to gastritis or muscular stretch.
You can take muscle relaxant along with pain killer for muscular pain.
Antacids and protan pump inhibitor tablets for gastritis.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.

i can feel your concerns

your pain can be a simple muscular pain but cardiac problem need to be ruled out

i advise you to take painkiller and muscle relaxannt

take rest

donot lift weight

do you have burning sensations or dyspepsia?

avoid spicy food

take fluids and juices
