Chestpain, Lightheadedness, Hot Flash. Hurts To Intake Food. What Could This Be?

It started last night when I woke up in the middle of the night to take a spit of soda. When I took a spit the pain was so bad I couldn't move I started to get a hot flash I felt lightheaded and my chest was hurting since then the pain got a little better but it still hurts and I continue to have chest pains and now it hurts to even drink water and eat solid foods. What can this be?
