Chest,arm,shoulder,back pain,all tests normal

i am suffering from chest,arm, shoulder .and back pain slightly from last 3-4 days my age is 39 yrs,weight 66 kg and height 182 cm when i consult cardiologist he examine me with ECG,TMT,and echocardiography ,and result shows that there is no any abnormality in case of heart, but i am not satisfied and yet i am suffering from same pain . please suggest what can i do .

Welcome to HCM,
As you have consulted a Cardiologist, who have examined you, and reports of investigations are also normal, your chances of suffering with cardiac disease are very rare. You have not mentioned, what aggravates it, & what gives relief. It can be due to cervical spondylitis. In my opinion you should consult a orthopedic surgeon or a neurologist. Meanwhile you can take anti-inflammatory drugs with muscle relaxant and B-complex.
