according to my chest xray result, there are fibrolinear densities in the right upper lung field. what does it means?

Hi
fibrolinear densities in the right upper lung field means old healed infections like tuberculosis or previous inflammations like silicosis cause fibrosis.
so these are old lesions .dont worry about it.
