Chest x-ray shows broncho vascular prominence in both lungs. What does it mean, treatment required?

Sir. when x ray of chest mentions, broncho vascular prominence in the both lung fields, - bRONCHO VASCULAR PROMINENCE IN BOTH LUNG FIELDSBILATERAL HILA APPEAR NORMALCARDIAC AND MEDIASTENAL SILHOUTTE APPEAR UNREMARKABLETHERE IS NO MEDIASTENAL SHIFTBILATERAL COSTOPHORONIC AND CARDIO PHERNIC ANGLES ARE CLEARBOTH THE DOMES OF DIAPHRAM IS NORMALBONEY THORAX APPEAR NORMAL doctor, what is it , and is it serous or ok is it related to any serious disease? If not serious, then what is it? is it to be treated ?

The chest x-ray report which you have mentioned appears to be normal except for the prominent bronchovascular markings. This is seen in many conditions such as BRONCHITIS, COPD, etcetera. it all depends on what your symptoms are and why you went in for your Chest X-ray. if you are a smoker than you may have to quit smoking and if you have any symptoms then you need to be evaluated further
all in all it does not appear to be serious issue.
