Chest Tightness, Night Sweats, Numbness In The Left Arm, Twitching Of Vein Above The Ear. EKG Normal. What Else?

I have recently been to the er as i had a tightness in my chest, night sweats, numbness in my left arm and vein twitching in my left head above my ear. I feal cold water trickles down my left under arm and burning in my left head above ear. What might be going on. Ekg came back ok.at time of visit to urgent care my blood work showed no sign of enzimes whit may show a heart attack sorry tinny widow to navigate. Please excuse any repitition.
occured. Bloob preasure good, chloresteral good. No enzimes to show heart attack

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Age is very important factor in this case , as these symptoms may be due to many reasons.
No doubt you mentioned that blood work done, but normal and this is a good thing.
In many ( most of cases) , if blood is taken immediate after any attack , it will not yield any abnormality.
So get in once again blood examination and E K G , upload these reports .
Also mention the age as hormonal imbalance may be another cause.
Hyper acidity and tension are two most important reasons of this type of symptoms.
Physician consultation may help you.
