Chest Pressure During Pregnancy

Hello, I am 26 weeks pregnant and lately I have been experiencing extreme pressure on my chest when I am reclined at any degree. I have to be on my side at all times. Even when driving I have to sit straight up to avoid this pressure. It is accompanied with shortness of breath and then I have a dry coughing fit that can last from a few minutes to a few hours. Is this normal? It has gotten to the point where even when I m on my side if I even leave back a bit it starts to happen now. Thank you for your time. Lisa

Hi gretings from health care magic
At the 27th weak of gestation it will give upward pressure so you will feel shortness of breath. If you have any more gas formation that will make you feel more. it is normal. Thank you
