Chest pains, headaches, pink, blotchy chest under neck, stomach pains, low appetite. Reason, treatment?

Ok so my boyfriend is having chest pains. At first it was in the middle of his chest then the pain moved to the left side. He has also been experiencing headaches . His chest has also been a bit pink and blotchy towards the top right under his neck . He s been eating less and he complained about having weird stomach pains. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you in advance!
