However, it appears to be either angina while eating (called cibal-angina) or, GERD (gastro-esophageal-reflux disease). Another possibility of Cervicalgia (pain and inflammation of neck, shoulder and chest muscles) cannot be ruled out. Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion.
