Chest Pain, Pain On Moving Arm, No Numbness, Feels Like A Pulled Muscle. Medical Attention Required?

i woke up in the middle of the night with this chest pain in my upper chest. It hurts super bad when i try to look right or down towards my chest or my shoulder . It also hurts when i move my left arm . I have no numbness or anything. It feels like a pulled muscle. I have not done any lifting or anything of the sort... What could it be. I seriously thinking of seeking medical attention.

hai ,
Most likely this is only a muscle strain but why you developed this is worth exploring so meet a medical or ortho specialist
