Chest pain on waking up, moving forward. Causes and treatment?

Hi, im XXXXX and im 18 years old Everyday for the past 4-5 days ive been waking up and ive been having these strong and annoying chest pains, when i move forward or do any movements oh move in bed when im about to wake up it hurts more, i would like to know where this is coming from oh whats causing me this because this never happened to me before

Hi dear patient
Dont wory it is not related to heart
But you need few medications like
Tablet ibuprofen 200mg 1twice/daily
Tablet ranitidine 150 twice daily
All for 5days
